Why we're here

Built on a simple idea.

Tallow House started because fast food stopped being food. Nathan Zakkas set out to prove a quick burger can still be real: grass-fed beef, sourdough baked daily, and fries fried in beef tallow the way they were before the shortcuts.

No seed oils. No corn syrup. No mystery ingredients. Just food made right, fast, and sold fresh until it's gone.
